Private Transfers To and From Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN)
Private airport transfers for individuals, families and groups between Barcelona Airport, hotels, apartments, the cruise port and destinations across Catalonia. Available for both airport arrivals and departures.
Transfers Group is a local private transportation company providing transfers to and from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN). We offer pre-arranged journeys with confirmed fixed prices, modern comfortable vehicles and professional drivers.
Every transfer is organised in advance according to your flight details, number of passengers, luggage and destination. When you arrive, there is no need to search for an available taxi, wait in long queues or navigate public transport with your luggage.
Meet and Greet Inside the Arrivals Hall and Real-Time Flight Tracking
We monitor your flight status in real time and arrange your pickup according to the actual landing time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the scheduled meeting time based on the updated arrival information.
Your driver will meet you inside Terminal T1 or T2, directly in the arrivals hall at Barcelona Airport. At the agreed meeting time, the driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a sign with your name, assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
To ensure a smooth meeting, please switch on your mobile phone after landing and remain reachable. If you need assistance or have any questions about the meeting point, our customer support team is available via WhatsApp 24 hours a day.
Arrival Buffer and 60 Minutes of Free Waiting Time
We understand that passport control, baggage collection and airport procedures can take different amounts of time depending on your flight.
That is why, when booking your airport pickup, you can select an additional arrival buffer:
30 minutes — recommended for flights arriving from countries within the Schengen Area.
60 minutes — recommended for international flights requiring passport control.
The selected buffer starts from the aircraft's actual landing time. During this period, the driver is not yet inside the terminal waiting at the meeting point.
Once your selected arrival buffer ends, an additional 60 minutes of complimentary driver waiting time begins.
This arrangement gives you time to complete airport formalities, collect your luggage and make your way to the meeting point without unnecessary pressure.
If you expect to need more time, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Any waiting time beyond the complimentary period is charged according to the booking terms and conditions.
Comfortable Vehicles for Private Transfers, Families and Groups
Transfers Group offers comfortable sedans for individual passengers and business travellers, as well as spacious Mercedes-Benz V-Class minivans accommodating up to 7 passengers, ideal for families and small groups.
For groups exceeding the capacity of a single vehicle, we can coordinate multiple vehicles with an agreed pickup time.
Our vehicles are kept clean, properly maintained and equipped with air conditioning. We pay attention to every detail to provide a comfortable journey, whether you are arriving after a long flight or travelling to the airport for your departure.
Our professional and courteous drivers have extensive knowledge of Barcelona and the main routes throughout Catalonia.

The transfer price is calculated during the booking process based on your route, selected vehicle category and service requirements.
You will receive confirmation of the price before making any payment. We do not add hidden intermediary commissions or unexpected booking fees.
