CANCELLATION POLICY

Transfers (airport, city, intercity)

— Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service.

— Only the bank transfer fee is deducted (if applicable).

— Refund time: 1 to 5 business days.

— If cancelled less than 24 hours before the service or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

Car with driver hire (hourly / full-day)

— Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.

— Only the bank transfer fee is deducted (if applicable).

— Refund time: 1 to 5 business days.

— If cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

Additional conditions for airport transfers

— We track your flight in real time.
— The meeting time starts based on the actual landing time, not the scheduled time.
— No extra charges for flight delays.

Requests must be sent at least 24 hours before the service (transfers)
